If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Lightly sauté shrimp shells in oil. Crush shells to extract flavor. Pour water and simmer for 10mins. Strain and set aside.
Simmer broth with ginger, lemongrass, onion, tomato and siling panigang for 10mins.
Add shrimp, squid and clams. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
Stir in malunggay. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
