If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté onion, bell pepper, garlic, chili and curry in olive oil.
Add tomato and cook for 10 minutes. Pour water and season with ¾ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, pepper and sugar.
Make 4 wells in the sauce and carefully crack the egg nestled in the sauce. Season eggs with remaining ¼ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Cover and cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
Top with chopped cilantro and serve in the same pan.
