If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté shrimp heads in oil. Crush heads to extract more of its flavor. Pour water and simmer for 10mins. Strain broth into another pot. Bring to a boil.
Add chili paste, lemongrass, ginger, lime peels and siling panigang. Simmer for 10mins.
Pour MAGGI® Magic Sinigang Original Sampaloc Mix and season with fish sauce and sugar.
Add mushrooms, shrimp and coconut cream and simmer for 1min. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve with cilantro and lime wedges.
