If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté garlic, onion and pork belly in oil in a pot. Add corn and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in water and simmer for 45 minutes or until tender.
Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Stir in shrimp and chili tops. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
