If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Blanch squid in boiling water and soak quickly in cold water. Drain well and set aside.
Sauté garlic, onion, chili and chili paste in oil.
Add blanched squid and season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and sugar. Add spring onion and sesame oil. Transfer on a preheated sizzling plate and serve immediately.
