If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté garlic in oil. Strain and set aside for topping.
Pour water in the same pan. Bring to simmer and add noodles. Add ½ packet of MAGGI® Kari seasoning powder, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce and sugar.
Add carrot and cabbage, cook for 1min. Make a well in the center and add egg. Stir and cook until set. Mix well
Transfer into a serving plate, top with toasted garlic and spring onion. Serve immediately.
