If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Place red bean munggo in a pot and cover with water. Simmer while covered for 30mins. Drain and set aside.
Sauté garlic, onion, Palapang Sakurab and turmeric powder in oil for 5mins. Add beans and cook for 2mins.
Beat eggs and add to the pan. Cook while stirring for another 3mins.
Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Transfer on a plate and serve.
