Season lapu-lapu with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Stuff with spring onion and ginger. Place in a plate and cook in a steamer for 20-30mins. Remove from the steamer and set aside to rest. Reserve liquid.
Combine water, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, spring onion, ginger, and liquid from the fish in a pot. Bring to simmer and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and carefully pour on top of fish. Pour sauce and garnish with kinchay. Serve immediately.
