If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Combine pork, MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, bay leaf, garlic, peppercorn, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and water in a pot.
Simmer while covered for 45mins over low heat. Remove pork and garlic and set aside.
Sauté pork and garlic in oil until golden brown. Pour cooking liquid in the same pan and simmer for another 10mins. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
