If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Combine pork, 8g MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, vinegar, water, pepper and bay leaves in a pot. Gently simmer uncovered for 45mins or until almost dry. Set aside to cool completely.
Sauté garlic and siling labuyo in oil until light golden brown. Strain and set aside for topping.
Fry pork in the same oil until crispy and golden brown. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil.
Transfer Crispy Pork on a serving plate. Top with toasted garlic and chilies and serve with tomatoes.
