If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté MAGGI® Ginisahog in oil for 1 min. Pour water and cook for another minute.
Add bean sprouts, carrot and cabbage. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Transfer and spread on a tray to cool.
To assemble, place ¼ cup of the vegetable mixture on a lumpia wrapper. Fold the sides and roll tightly into a log. Seal with flour and water mixture. Repeat to assemble 12 pieces of lumpia.
Fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with spiced vinegar.
