Season tilapia with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil.
Remove oil from the pan leaving 2tbsp. Sauté garlic until light golden brown. Strain and set aside for topping.
Add onion and tomato in the same pan. Sauté for 2mins. Pour water and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce. Simmer until slightly thick.
Transfer fried tilapia on a serving plate. Pour sauce and top with toasted garlic and spring onion. Serve immediately.
