If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Fry tofu in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside to cool.
Remove oil from the pan leaving 2tbsp. Sauté garlic, onion and ginger. Pour water and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
Cut tofu into bite-size pieces. Add tokwa and pechay to simmering sauce and cook for another 2mins. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
