If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté garlic, onion, carrot, ham and shrimp in oil using a large wok. Add MAGGI® Oyster Sauce.
Add rice and cook for 3mins.
Make a well in the center of the wok and pour beaten eggs. Cook egg until barely set. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and gently toss with the rice to mix well.
Stir in corn, crab sticks, lettuce and scallion. Cook for another minute. Transfer on a serving plate and serve immediately.
