If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté potato and carrot in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Add pork in the same pan. Season with 1 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and sauté until light golden brown. Add garlic, onion and tomatoes. Cook for 10mins.
Add water, bay leaf and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce. Cover and simmer for 45mins.
Add sautéed potato, carrot and bell peppers. Simmer for another 10mins. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
