If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté shrimp heads and shells in 1tbsp of oil for 2mins. Pour water and bring to simmer, Crush the shells with a ladle to extract more flavor. Simmer for 5mins. Strain and reserved stock.
Season shrimp and squid separately with 1 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Sauté with 1 tbsp of oil separately for 1min over high heat. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic and onion in the same pan with remaining 2tbsp of oil. Pour shrimp stock and season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce.
Stir in noodles, carrot and cabbage. Cover and cook for 2mins over high heat. Add crab sticks, sautéed shrimp and squid. Cook for another minute.
Transfer immediately on a serving plate and serve with calamansi.
