If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Season snapper with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, coat with flour and fry in oil until golden brown. Drain excess oil and transfer on a plate.
Remove oil leaving 2 tbsp. Sauté onion, scallion, bell peppers and garlic. Add vinegar, sugar , catsup and water. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce.
Pour on top of fried snapper and serve immediately.
