If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté garlic, onion, tomato and tinapa in 1tbsp of oil. Add spring onion. Season with ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Remove from the pan and set aside to cool.
Beat 2pcs of eggs in a bowl and season with ¼ tsp of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Preheat and nonstick pan and add a little oil. Pour beaten eggs, stir until barely set and spread throughout the bottom of the pan.
Add 2tbsp of the tinapa mixture and kesong puti on one side of the egg. Carefully slide on a plate and fold. Cook the rest of the ingredients. Serve warm.
