If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté garlic, onion, tomato, potato and meatloaf in oil for 15mins. Set aside to cool.
Beat eggs and add to filling mixture. Season with 1 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®.
Season roasted eggplant with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Place egg mixture on top of the eggplant.
Fry for 2mins per side. Drain excess oil. Repeat with the rest of the Torta. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with preferred dipping sauce.
