Fry tokwa in oil until light golden brown. Set aside to drain excess oil. Cut into cubes.
Heat reserved tuna oil and sauté garlic, tuna and tokwa. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Transfer into a bowl.
Add onion and mayonnaise. Serve into a hot sizzling plate. Top with toasted garlic, spring onion and calamansi. Drizzle MAGGI® Savor Calamansi according to taste just before serving.
