If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté garlic, onion, tuyo and tomato in oil.
Add rice and fluff for 2mins. Make a well in the center and pour beaten eggs. Cook until barely set. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Gently stir to mix all the ingredients.
Pour 2tbsp of water on the side and toss until steaming hot. Stir in scallions. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
