Ilabas na ang Air Fryer at ihanda na ang mga sangkap! Ituloy natin ang magical celebrations gamit ang mga recipes na ito:
1. Air Fried Lechon Pork Belly
Ingredients:
1 kg boneless pork belly
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sinigang Original Sampalok Mix 12g
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp rock salt
Procedure:
- Pierce the skin of the pork belly several times with the tip of a sharp knife.
- Score the meat side of the pork belly 1-inch apart. Season flesh side with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and MAGGI Magic Sinigang. Place on a tray and refrigerate overnight without cover to allow skin to dry.
- Remove pork belly from the refrigerator 1hr before cooking. Brush the skin with vinegar and sprinkle salt on the skin.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 30 mins at 200°C . Set aside to rest.
- Cut into serving pieces, transfer into a serving plate and serve.
2. Air Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
½ kg chicken leg, thigh and wings, rinsed and drained
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
¼ tbsp freshly ground pepper
½ cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Procedure:
- Season chicken with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper. Refrigerate overnight.
- Remove from the refrigerator 1hr before cooking. Coat well with flour. Transfer into the air fryer basket and drizzle oil.
- Cook at 200°C for 15 – 20 mins checking and flipping halfway through.
- Transfer into a plate and serve.
3. Air Fried Liempo
Ingredients:
1 kg ½-inch sliced boneless pork belly
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
¼ cup MAGGI® Savor Hot Chili
Procedure:
- Season pork belly with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and MAGGI® Savor Classic. Marinate overnight.
- Place in air fryer at 200°C and cook until golden brown. Flip pork belly to cook the other side.
- Transfer into a serving plate and serve with rice and preferred condiments.
4. Air Fried Grilled Chicken
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken leg quarters, scored
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
¼ cup MAGGI® Savor Chilimansi
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Procedure:
- Marinate chicken with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and MAGGI® Savor Chilimansi overnight.
- Remove from the refrigerator 1 hr before cooking. Transfer into the air fryer basket and drizzle oil. Cook at 200°C for 15 – 20 mins checking and flipping halfway through. Set aside to rest for 10 mins.
- Transfer into a plate and serve.
5. Air Fried Bibingka
Ingredients:
1 cup All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
½ cup Sugar
1 pc Egg
¼ cup Melted Butter
1 pack 250ml NESTLÉ All-Purpose Cream
2 tbsp Butter, for greasing
Toppings:
1 pc Salted Duck Egg, sliced into thin wedges
2 tbsp Melted Butter
6 tbsp Keso De Bola, finely grated
1 pc Coconut, freshly shredded
Procedure:
- Sift flour and baking powder together in a bowl. Add sugar, egg, melted butter and NESTLÉ All-Purpose Cream. Whisk until smooth.
- Grease 6 individual molds with butter and lined with banana leaves. Pour bibingka mixture 3⁄4 of the way. Top with slices of salted egg.
- Bake 175°C preheated air fryer for 20mins or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle or bibingka.
- Brush the top of bibingka with meted butter. Transfer into a serving plate. Grate keso de bola on top and serve immediately with coconut.
