If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Pierce eggplant with a fork and roast over open flame until charred. Set aside in a bowl and cover. Once cooled, peel off charred skin and coarsely chop.
Combine roasted eggplant, ground pork, onion, garlic and egg. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Mix well and for into 6 equal patties.
Pan fry patties in oil until golden brown. Transfer on a plate and place cheese on top.
Toast pan de sal and assemble with patties. Serve immediately.
