If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Simmer gabi, ginger and lemongrass in water.
Add kalabasa, eggplant, okra and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add patola, galunggong, onion, spring onion, malunggay and saluyot. Simmer and season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
