If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté garlic, onion, bell pepper, ham and mushroom in butter. Season with ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®.
Beat eggs and season with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®.
Pour beaten egg and gently stir until barely set. Stir in parsley. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
