If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Combine pork with water, sukang Iloko, bay leaves and peppercorn in a pot with lid. Simmer for 1hr.
Add garlic, onion, fish sauce and MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Continue to simmer until pork in tender.
Stir in cabbage. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
