Choose from the list of ingredients
Fry eggplant in preheated oil until light golden brown. Remove and set aside to drain excess oil.
Remove oil from the pan leaving 1 tbsp. Sauté pork, garlic, onion, tomato and chili. Pour water and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce.
Add fried eggplant and cook for another 2 minutes
Transfer eggplant on a serving plate and pour sauce on top. Top with spring onion and serve.
