If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Flake sardines and combine with onion, garlic, kalabasa, egg and flour. Season with ¾ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Mix well and form into patties using mold.
Fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil.
Remove oil from the pan leaving 2 tbsp. Sauté garlic onion and tomato to 5 minutes. Pour reserve tomato sauce and water. Simmer for 2 minutes. Season with remaining ¼ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®.
Transfer patties on a serving plate, top with sauce and spring onion. Serve.
